Darrell completed her undergraduate degree in counselling at The University of Notre Dame, Western Australia in 2019, and graduated with an academic achievement award from the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
She has worked as a professional counsellor in the sectors of suicide, community mental health (carers) and domestic violence and sexual abuse.
After studying for 2 more years, Darrell graduated in February 2025 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Family and Relationship Therapy.
Darrell has been with Mandurah Psychology since 2023 and enjoys working with individuals, families and couples.
Darrell is an Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Level 3 Accredited Counsellor and also an Accredited Supervisor.
Prior to qualifying, Darrell spent many years volunteering for agencies offering services to parents and families bereaved by pregnancy and child loss.
Darrell has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and uses this in her work. She is currently studying towards Level 2.
Darrell is a registered provider for: BUPA, HCF, Medibank, Police Health Fund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, St Lukes Health, GMHBA and CUA Health (telehealth only), Teachers Union Health, AIA and Westfund. Rebates may be available – please check your policy.
